District of Bitonto built in 1859 to a design by Masotinosi. It is divided around the parish of Maria Santissima Immacolata, patron saint of Palombaio, built in 1824. In the district there are also the Palazzo Sylos Labini, the small villa Natilla and the church of the Immacolata Dei Regna.
