The palace, built at the beginning of the eighteenth century, overlooks the ancient Via Trinità. The De Paù, in Terlizzi since the end of the sixteenth century, give the building a solemn appearance, traceable to the entrance portal. Noteworthy is the large interior hall, completely frescoed. Today it houses the Civic Library.
