Manor house of the fifteenth century, built on the ruins of the farmhouse S. Giuliano and now used as a school. Since the sixteenth century belongs to the De Gemmis Family. Gennaro restructured it in 1900 and placed there his documentary collection, the first nucleus of the Bari’s library De Gemmis. Particular statues of sows outside.
