Rare epigraphic document of Gordian III, which attests the community of Ruvo in Roman times, which with its Decurioni and Augustali, makes at his expense a dedication to the emperor in 239 AD, to honor him. It was built in 1793 at the base of the seventeenth-century city clock tower.
