Of uncertain origins, it owes its name to V. Brayda of Giovinazzo, Captain of the Puglia Regiment, who bought it in the eighteenth century, after it had been confiscated from the Jesuits. It is 13 meters high, has a square shape and three floors turned into barrels, of different heights. On the first floor there are traces of a fireplace.
