The farmhouse, reduced to ruins, is mentioned in documents of the twelfth century as the property of the abbey of Cava. Between the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries there lived the Pansini, who transformed it into a farm, eliminating many medieval structures. The building is rectangular, on two floors, with an adjoining walled garden.
