The tower, built between the eleventh and fourteenth centuries, was later surrounded by walls and flanked by a chapel, lodgings, kitchens and stables. It is 10 m high, has a quadrangular base, four floors and, on the top, two round turrets, more recently built. The entrance is surmounted by gattoni and arrows.
