The present parish of S. Gioacchino includes the church of S. Anna and the former monastery of the Poor Clares, of which was also part of the church of S. Lucia. The church of S. Anna, set between the medieval tower and a private house, has a single-room interior, with five finely decorated altars.
The building of the monastic complex and the church of Sant'Anna date back to the early eighteenth century. The work lasted for several decades and the church of Sant'Anna was consecrated in 1724.
