Of the medieval settlement remain: quadrangular tower of four floors; frescoed church, single nave apse and pointed arches; residential structures.
The sanctuary, mentioned in acts of the twelfth century, gives its name to the farmhouse which, in the thirteenth century, was a Domus of Templar Knights. It has undergone several interventions between the sixteenth and nineteenth centuries. It is still a destination for pilgrimages.
