The Romanesque prostyle, now partially buried, has a regular wall parameter and a high fornice on the entrance.

The structure, a square classroom vaulted barrel, is the prostyle of the church “SS. Filippo e Giacomo” of 1173, the only stable surviving of a Benedictine complex. Near the church, abandoned in the fifteenth century, there were tower, cloister, dormitory, cemetery, “SS. Filippo e Giacomo” building and hospital.
