The main façade, surmounted by a small bell tower, has a bas-relief depicting the martyrdom of Saint Lawrence. The saint is also portrayed in a canvas by Carlo Rosa that decorates the church.
The building, with a single-room interior and a trapezoidal plan, was built in the fourteenth century by the will of the priest Petracco Pavone.
