Originally built in the 14th century, the palace was commissioned by the Bove family, who came to Bitonto in the 13th century. The current appearance is given by the alterations that, in 1683, are entrusted to the architect Vito Valentino from Bitonto. Characteristic of the palace is the roof garden overlooking the courtyard.
